CY CREEK RECOGNIZED FOR YEARBOOK EXCELLENCE

The Cy Creek High School yearbook staff has been recognized by Balfour Yearbooks with a Featured recognition for its outstanding contribution to scholastic journalism. The Cy Creek High School yearbook is showcased in the 2015 Yearbook Yearbook. The yearbook adviser is Samantha Berry.

“Congratulations on capturing the moments of the year in words and pictures. Your yearbook is a mirror that reflects your students’ lives. Because of your commitment to telling their stories, the yearbook you have created defines the school year and your school community,” Marilyn Scoggins said. “By being recognized in this 29th edition of Yearbook Yearbook, your designs, coverage, copy and photography will be studied by staffs across the nation. Kudos to every staff whose book is showcased. It is an extraordinary accomplishment to be celebrated as the best of the best.”

Yearbooks published by Balfour for the 2013-14 school year were evaluated in one or more of the following areas: theme development, layout design, photo content, secondary packages and cover design. The 2015 Yearbook Yearbook showcases 2014 yearbooks. Cy Creek High School’s outstanding work earned a Featured recognition in Yearbook Yearbook. Balfour honors three percent of yearbook staffs with this distinction.
