Cypress Creek HIgh School young ladies celebrated their strength and value during the first annual Girls in Pearls event, May 17th and 18th. During the event, sponsored by HEB, Students visited with vendors during lunches and were served a special breakfast. Students also dressed for success and attended a conference featuring special guest speaker Coppelia Marie, former 89.3 KSBJ radio hostess. The goal of the event was to promote excellence, positive decision-making, & to celebrate the value of our young ladies.
Each young lady who indicated a need, was given pearls to wear to the event thanks to donations by faculty and staff, as well as the community.

Additionally, 12 young ladies were selected as Phenomenal Young Ladies and were awarded a certificate, flowers, and a a gift bag of goodies on Friday, May 20th.
